A beloved annual springtime event promoting musical talent and personal growth for non-professional performers in a supportive environment. Suitable for all ages, this festival is often the first opportunity young performers have to play for an audience.

Categories of performance include:
- Bands & band instruments
- Composition
- Dance
- Instruments (i.e. brass, guitar, harp, woodwinds)
- Piano (classical, pop, contemporary)
- Speech Arts & Drama
- Strings (classical, fiddle, pop, suzuki)
- Voice (classical, pop, musical theatre, etc)

Imagine a vibrant, engaging experience where families and friends can learn the fundamentals of song and dance together, culminating in a performance that's both fun and fulfilling. That's what we're aiming for! This opportunity is suitable for all ages, and no prior experience is necessary. Just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and have a great time.  Join us once a month to:

- explore a musical
- learn one of the songs
- learn a dance sequence
- add some dialogue
- put it all together!

Launched in 2025, this is a new initiative to encourage everyone to find an art form they enjoy and make practising it a regular habit! Studies show that participation in artistic activities can reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, and even help manage chronic conditions.

Acclaimed Canadian actor Rod Beattie has transformed Dickens' iconic Christmas tale into a one-person show. He has a connection to the classic story, from listening to his father read it to the family before Christmas to seeing productions of it and starring in performances of the tale.
